The Creative Dental Specialists office is conveniently located off of the 101 Freeway & Shea Blvd in Scottsdale, Arizona at the Edwards Professional Park I (Building B).
Contact us today at (480) 614-1597. We’re open Monday – Thursday from 8am – 5pm and closed daily from 1pm – 2pm.
Financing Options
We are a fee for service practice. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience on larger cases, we can customize a personal payment plan.
We will bill your insurance company for you, and your insurance will reimburse you for any covered services.
We also accept all major credit cards.
Also, for your convenience, we offer financing through Care Credit.
